my quest towards baking perfection

When it comes down to things, im a slight, ok maybe a big perfectionist when it comes to baking. If it isnt perfect I don't want anyone to eat it or even see it. Above is some of my creations of which I put alot of effort and love into as they were for friends and family. My dream one day is to own my own bakery, for all my cakes and cup cakes and just basically anything delicious. I taught myself how to make fondant for the cakes and that was interesting, there was many tears, and maybe a mini breakdown in the kitchen one day. But I think they look fab, let me know what you think.
