How does one get their mojo back?

Exercising mojo I mean...

At the start of 2010 I competed in my first 10km run and a half marathon. I lost a lot of weight and felt fantastic.

However in July I had my gallbladder out and didn't exercise for 3 weeks before the surgery and then I wasn't allowed to for 8 weeks after. My excitement and enthusiasm for the running or anything exercise related has completely gone. It's been a bit over 6 months now since the surgery, and I can't use that as a excuse anymore. But how does one get back into it?

I'm starting to not feel happy as I know I should be doing at least walking, but I can't get myself to do it. Off to the US in 39 days and I can't wear a bikini in las Vegas or anywhere for that matter at the moment.

I might get up early tomorrow morning before work and go for a walk/run to the corniche.

Who knows the mojo might just come back quicker than I anticipate

  1. I find that the more I move the more I want to move! I lost 3.3kg in 10 days just from walking. I have to force myself to leave the house but once I'm out and walking I feel so much better and thats the feeling I keep in my head the next time I haved to force myself out of the house
